• Initiate your exchange request within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
• The product must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition, with all tags attached.
• Ensure the item is returned in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
• Exchanges are not available for opened, stained, or used products.
• We cannot accept returns with visible marks or stains.

Once your exchange request is processed, our delivery partner will arrange a pickup within 72 hours. The returned item will reach within 7 working days, where it will undergo a quality check. After the check is complete, we will ship the requested exchange.
